The Swarm Society is the newest addition to HIVE Talent Acquisition Firm! It is a collaborative effort devoted to the education, development and placement of early career candidates with organizations that are interested in utilizing their untapped potential. These candidates will enjoy the benefits of having one on one coaching, interview preparation and resume preparedness skills that come from the HIVE leadership team and staff.
We will work to successfully match interns with client companies. The HIVE team will do this by ensuring the internship candidates are not simply a skill fit, but also a culture fit for your organization. The interns will be pre-vetted and submitted to companies that match their major or interest in a career. We will work with interns who are college age as well as return-to-college students. Our client companies will benefit from candidates that are committed and eager to learn. These individuals will not only have an interest in your company but also want to learn your company from the ground up while remaining committed to the point of becoming part of your future workforce! Each intern placement is a gateway for both parties to gain a mutually beneficial relationship through our expertise. Our current relationships with over 50 local to Georgia colleges and universities gives us the intern head start we need…all that’s missing is you!
As part of The Swarm Society, you will benefit from one on one coaching from the HIVE leadership team focused on helping you put your best foot forward. We provide everything from cover letter review and resume drafting assistance to LinkedIn profile consultations and mock interviewing. Our goal is to help you land the best internship possible. All college applicants are welcome! We will assist you with tailoring your specific career plan based upon your current major or discipline. Previous experience will also be taken into consideration during this process. Become competitive in the workforce!
